Spamming Policy
This web site takes a VERY stern view of spamming. You know who you are and so do we. We know all the tricks in the book and we know how to stop them.

If you spam here, you know the risks. We WILL shut down your web sites, close your sponsorship accounts, have servers removed and more. Don't even risk posting spam here. Your post will not survive l9onger than a few seconds and for that, you will lose everything.

This site is moderated by a huge team of dedicated moderators who will not respond to spam posts. They will be deleted and dealt with in the members area only. We don't allow second chances. If you spam here once, we will complain.

If you post here to advertise your site or attempt to get hits through your sponsors account, you are spamming.

Webmasters who spam here also run the risk of being billed for spamming. The law now allows us to send you a legally binding Invoice for lost revenue due to you advertising on our site without paying our posted advertising rates. You will be billed "per post". The bill is also forwarded to your host or upstream provider and is legally binding.

The European Dream is part of a Limited Company and as such is entitled to pursue cases and claim compensation under business law for such abuse of our posted Terms and Conditions.

If you are under the misguided impression that you are safe from exposure because you use a proxy, then you are mistaken. We reserve the right to trace Internet connections in order to pursue legal cases.

Spamming would also include but not be limited to, the intentional posting of malicious script designed to change a visitors home page, plant new favorites, change a users operating system configuration following a restart or drop any other item on a visitors computer other than cookies, the transmittal of virii (which is also illegal), trojans or any *.exe file which is auto installing, script redirects to toplists which result in a visitor caught in endless pop-up loops.

We consider the above cases to be extreme, which we reserve the right to pursue with the intention of taking action against individuals, hosts and providers of such sites. Hosts or providers in turn may wish to pursue their user for any such malicious sites to recover costs.
