Q - What do you do with my details?

A - Nothing! Firstly, we do not have records of credit cards. They are kept by our bankers and only your name and required details such as e-mail addresses are kept by us. These are NOT kept on the server.

Q - Do you sell or pass on personal details?

A - NO! Never! The only circumstances would be if we were required to do so by subpoena.

Q - How do you pay for the site?
A - We pay for it out of our own pockets, with memberships and also from people using the site who purchase software by following our links.

Q - Why are you so tough on spamming?

A - This is OUR site and it costs us a lot of money. We see no reason why any webmaster should have access to all our visitors for free so that they can get traffic for their own program. We go after spammers after just one post!

Q - Why do I need Cookies turned on?

A - You don't unless you are a member. When you log in to the member area, we drop a cookie on your computer so that wherever you go on our site, your browser will "remember". These cookies expire every time you leave our site and are safe to delete. You get a new one each time you log in.

Q - Can I use security Software whilst here?

A - Yes! Of course! However, if the software you are running interferes with the scripts which give access to the secure areas and you are prevented from accessing them, this is not our fault. Our security is first class and anyone running firewalls or any Internet blocking software should turn them off if you have difficulty accessing the secure areas. Script blocking software is best turned off.

Q - Why do my posts get deleted?

A - Read the posting instructions, the posting guidelines or the spamming policy. Chances are, the answer will be in there somewhere. If not, then it is usually in error. The forums are moderated around the clock and we do make mistakes. But not often!
